For operations leaders in growing businesses

Give your team 5+ hours back every week.

Handle more work without more admin.

When growth means more copying, checking and chasing, another pair of hands can feel like the only answer. I help you simplify the process and automate the repeatable work, so your team has more time to deliver.

Process Redesign + Automation + AI where it adds value

The pressure behind the busywork

The workload grows. So does the work of keeping it moving.

The queue needs another chase

Requests are waiting, updates are scattered and someone has to ask what happens next. You spend time managing the follow-up instead of the operation.

Your best people become the workaround

They copy information between systems, correct incomplete submissions and assemble reports by hand. Their judgment is valuable. The repetitive admin is consuming it.

More volume starts to mean more headcount

Before adding another admin role, you want to know which work could disappear, which steps could be simpler and what could run automatically.

Find your starting point

Which recurring task is taking more time than it should?

The 5-Hour Admin Audit helps you compare three recurring tasks, estimate recoverable team time and choose one practical improvement.

Two pages. About 10 minutes for a first assessment. A useful next step even if you are not ready to hire a consultant.

From bottleneck to working solution

You own the operation. I take responsibility for the improvement.

Simplify before automating

We map what happens today, remove unnecessary steps and agree the rules. Automating a confusing process only makes the confusion move faster.

Build around your real work

Connect the systems and automate repeatable steps, with people in control where judgment matters. Power Automate, n8n and other tools are chosen to suit the process.

Leave your team able to use it

Test routine work and exceptions with your users. Agree ownership, document the solution and hand it over with a clear plan for measuring the improvement.

A real process, put into practice

One request. Several departments. A clear path through the exceptions.

A credit memo request needed different approvers depending on its market, value and approval level. Higher-value requests needed an extra approval. Missing information had to go back to the employee, then return to the process once corrected.

I designed the Power Automate workflow end to end and guided implementation with the administrator who held the required access. It now handles submission, routing, additional approval, pending information, resubmission and rejection.

The workflow is in use following a SharePoint migration. The example shows delivered functionality; time savings have not been measured.

Designed around the real work

  1. Submit onceCapture the request in a list.
  2. Route by the rulesMarket, value and approval level determine the path.
  3. Handle what changesMissing information, resubmission and additional approval.
  4. Reach a clear decisionInclude the rejection path, too.

Direct senior ownership

One person accountable from the first conversation to handover.

I’m Ish Sachdeva. I bring 20+ years of translating business requirements into working solutions across enterprise IT delivery, complex migrations, PMO development and service transitions.

That experience matters when several teams see the same process differently, the rules have exceptions and delivery needs someone to own the detail.

You work directly with me to define the problem, agree the scope and take the solution through to use.
