Who is responsible

AppifyU is operated by KRISS TechServ Pvt. Ltd., B-47/F1 Shalimar Garden Extn-2, Ghaziabad, PIN-201005, India. We are responsible for the personal information collected for our enquiries and email subscriptions. Contact hello@appifyu.in about your data or this notice.

What we collect and why

  • Enquiries: your name, email, company and the process information you send. We use this to respond, assess your request and discuss a possible engagement.
  • Email subscriptions: your first name, email, subscription status, signup source and consent record. We use these to confirm your subscription, deliver the worksheet and send the process improvement and automation emails, including occasional consulting offers, described in the signup form.
  • Technical information: our hosting, email and security providers may process IP addresses, browser information, timestamps, delivery events and anti-abuse signals needed to operate and protect these services.

Please do not submit passwords, sensitive personal information or confidential third-party data through the forms.

Subscription and confirmation

The worksheet signup requires the stated email consent. After submitting the form, you must confirm your email address using the confirmation message. We send the download link after confirmation. Sending a business enquiry does not subscribe you to these emails.

Our basis for using information

Where applicable data protection law requires a legal basis, we rely on consent for marketing emails; steps taken at your request before entering a contract for relevant business enquiries; and our legitimate interests in answering general enquiries, keeping proportionate records, preventing abuse and maintaining a secure service. We may also retain information where a legal obligation requires it.

Service providers

We use Netlify to host the website and process the enquiry form, and Brevo to process the subscription form, confirmation and email delivery. The subscription form uses Google reCAPTCHA to prevent automated abuse. It processes technical signals and uses a security cookie. Google’s Terms also apply to that service.

If you choose to book a call, you leave this website for Calendly, which processes your booking details. The website does not embed a calendar or load advertising or audience analytics tools.

International processing

We operate from India, and our providers may process information in other countries. Provider privacy notices explain their processing locations and transfer arrangements. Contact us if you need information about the arrangements relevant to your data or available safeguards. We do not sell your contact details.

How long we keep information

  • Unconfirmed signups: delete after 30 days where stored in records we control.
  • Active subscribers: retain while subscribed and review the records annually.
  • Inactive subscribers: after 24 months without meaningful interaction, review and remove information no longer needed.
  • Unsubscribed contacts: stop marketing when withdrawal is received and remove unnecessary profile information within 30 days. Keep only the minimum suppression record needed to avoid sending marketing again, reviewed annually.
  • Enquiries that do not become client engagements: delete 12 months after the last meaningful contact.
  • Consent evidence: retain while relying on the consent; any need to retain evidence after withdrawal is assessed separately and limited to what is justified.

These are our retention review rules. Reviews and deletions may be carried out manually. Client, financial or dispute records may require separate retention periods, which we address when relevant.

Your choices and rights

You can withdraw email consent using an unsubscribe link in our marketing emails or by emailing hello@appifyu.in at any time. Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of earlier processing.

Depending on the law that applies, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability of your information and object to certain processing. We may need to verify your identity before responding. You can also complain to your local data protection authority, including the authority in your EEA country of residence, work or an alleged infringement.
